Location
The Villa Junio Rosa is located on the slopes of
a valley overlooking the town of Fuengirola on the
Costa del Sol. It is located next door to Villa
Bernesto. Fuengirola town is a short drive away whilst the beach
and seafront activities are all walking distance away. Local amenities
such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars are also a short
walk away too.
Facilities
This marble floored villa can sleep 10 people and is situated next
to the Villa Bernesto (sleeps
10 people) which allows a large party of holiday makers (up to
20 people) the opportunity to stay together. The villa consists
of 2 double bedrooms (one of which has en suite facilities),
3 twin bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and separate toilet and basin.
The Villa Junio Rosa's kitchen is superbly fitted with all the
modern facilities you would need such as a dishwasher, oven, fridge & freezer,
electric hob, washing machine and microwave. The kitchen leads out
onto its own balcony with views down the valley and over the swimming
pool. The kitchen also has
a laundry and breakfast room which lead off from it. If you have
young children you can hire a cot or highchair for a separate fee
locally.
The lounge
has Satellite available, a video machine and
a HI FI system and leads
out onto a private terrace where you can enjoy views of the town,
sea, valley and mountains. The spacious dining area can be found
off the lounge and has ample seating to sit up to ten people. The
villa's pool is covered by a solarium and is floodlit for guests
wanting to take a dip at night. Along with the excellent barbeque
facilities there is a table tennis table next to the pool, a fridge
to keep your drinks cold and plenty of chairs,
umbrellas and other pool furniture for all the guests.
