La Manga North Course, Murcia
At 5753 metres La Manga’s North Course offers wonderfully hilly and narrow fairways with wide greens, designed to reward steady putters and precision play. Although shorter than the Championship South Course, it nonetheless requires a wide range of techniques and golfing know-how to get around under par. Designed to USGA standards, the course has a magnificent finish on the 18th which is directly below the majestic Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Water hazards are placed across the course to challenge the golfer’s shot selection, and on the whole this is a course that favours the more skilled player with the widest range of shots. It’s possible to take advantage of La Manga’s private golf tutors who will help you work on your golfing technique and confidence between rounds. On top of this there is the Club House, Bar, Golf Academy and Pro Shop set within a relaxing and wonderful setting. The North Course is a favourite of many and it has the climate to be enjoyed all year round.
