This ground floor, fully air conditioned apartment built in May 2006 has been furnished to an extremely high standard by interior designers with every need catered for down to the martini glasses and cocktail shakers. The shared pool is a few strides away. The views from the private terrace are second to none which can be enjoyed whilst dining al fresco or relaxing in the comfy seating area.
Master bedroom has twin beds, huge built in wardrobes, bedside tables, leather armchair and patio doors to the terrace. There are several local supermarkets, one within 2 minutes of the apartment. There are a wide variety of sandy beaches nearby. San Pedro is 5 minutes by car and is a mixture of shingle and sand. Pure sandy beaches of Puerto Banus are 7 minutes by car. Marbella sandy beaches 10 minutes by car and Estepona approx 15 minutes by car.
The extremely large covered and open terrace creates another living area to enjoy your spectacular surroundings.
